Custom Alchemist Transmutation, Or Abilities.

Name: kuuchuusen (air battle)

Description: a full transmutation is engraved on the 10 pound bladed fan and to keep it weaponized is to lay your thumb on the base of the fan.(though the size is the same as a regular one).it activates the stability of the air, changing it into a more solid form by collecting around the fan and is discharged in a large wave when thrown against the normal air. sending it in the oposite direction it was thrown. (ie: the fan is waved to the left and a large wave of air is sent to the right.) it can be controlled by the position of the fan. it its wide open and hits against the air with full force, it feels like you are hit with a semi. if it is fully open, and sliced through the air like a blade...i acts like a long range sword. the only way to stop it is to hit it with an equal force or to avoid it altogether. the bladed fan can still be used as an alchemic weapon when closed also, though it has a range of 10 feet. when closed it goes 5 feet every second. when opened it can go 50 feet a second. it can be used as a dagger or a egular war fan when the thumb is off the base of the fan. it has a steel wire loop so it wont fall off easily.
